INSTA-WEEK >> Lately

We have been super busy in the Dameron/Clark house. Cleaning, cooking, trying to be active, preparing for my wisdom tooth surgery, and updating the shop. Heres some snapshots for you to see.

1. Trying to wear tons more dresses. 2. This guy is the love of my life! 3. Our new little windmill shelf holds my cactus perfectly! 4. I made a dragon mobile for my friend neffy. 5. Alex made me a lovely dinner, sandwiches of course :) 6. My new glasses from Firmoo! 7. More dress wearing! 8. Lots of hot tea in pretty mugs! 9. Morning sunrises from the new couch! 10. Finding lovely cameras while thrifting. 11. The corgi got spayed. Shes better now though. 12. I stained some shelves! 13. Alex put the shelves up and I covered them with lovely things! 14. I cuddled with BMO. 15. We got a new rug! 16. We found this little kitty outside and he had a small wound. We are healing him back and trying to find him a new home!

I hope your having a good week! Im not exactly excited for my wisdom teeth on friday and I keep having awful dreams about it. Im hoping to get some shop updates done today or at least photographed, so while im snoozing in bed all weekend, I can upload them. Also, we have lowered our sponsorship costs and we would love to have you! All costs are going toward us sponsoring others! Another thing! Im hoping to do a home tour when I recover! Cant wait to share our little condo with you guys! Im going to try and fit in one more post before friday, after that Alex is taking over. Have a good day!

We went to a huge yard sale,got Macy a new bed, Beemo a new shirt, I got some kitty love, planted some veggies, and watched beemo wait for Macy to come in from her potty breaks.

 

 

INSTA-WEEK >> Plates

Hey everyone! I have to apologize we haven't posted. Since my laptop is broken, things have been a little on hold for our blogging. However, don't worry your little pretty faces! I have instagram updates!! First off, I did some thrifting earlier that week. Look at these pretties!




















Isn't the last one just adorable!! I brought the plates home and it turned out that I had a matching tea cup already!! I also made a little kitty fort that week. I think he loves it. I also had decided to rename Ringo. After an adventure time character and a funny dream. His new name... Drumroll.... BMO.. Pronounced.. Bee-mo. It's so close to Ringo that he hasn't noticed the difference.






We then had labor day weekend! Eep! What a blast! Spending time with whale-shark's family is always an everlasting experience! We both pulled out some retro clothes and dressed up a bit. Too bad the weather decided to be almost 100 degrees! It was atrocious! But the party was great. Amazing people and scrumptious food!






After that we had a nice lazy weekend. We laid around with bmo.. Watched movies... Alex played games. Bmo watched :)






We then decided to head downtown and go to my favorite restaurant. Pomodori's! It was delicious. So delicious that I forgot to take pictures of the food!






This past weekend I found to be quite lazy. Alex spent time with a friend on Friday so I found myself learning a new craft. Crochet. I really enjoy this! I only took a picture of a chain but man I made some neat stuff! Can you crochet?! Do you have any tips?






The rest of our weekend was as follows... Lazy... We took the family dog Daisy, for a walk. We barely missed the rain. But I got a few good pics.



























It was very enjoyable! I hope your past few weeks have been good! We will have some decent posts soon because my laptop needs fixed! Did I mention that today is Alex and mine's 3rd month anniversary?! Well, I know to some of you this may be an amount that's just child's play but to myself it means A lot. After 8 years of friendship we finally decided to try this..and well we figured if we can make it 6 months we can most likely make it through anything. These first three have been terribly busy/stressful for myself, but we are doing fine.. And halfway to that 6 month point! I love you alex! Your amazing!

INSTA-WEEK >> Broken

Well things have been kinda busy lately so we haven't made any posts. First off, it doesn't help that someone, unknown name, (Ringo Starr) pushed my laptop off the bed with his little kitten feet and cracked my LCD for my laptop!



Doesn't that look terrible!!?? I was so mad! But, who can be mad at this face?!?!



Not me that's for sure, his cute sleepy face makes me weak. I'd really like to have two of those faces, could you imagine what I would do with that?! I would bow down to all kitten cuteness powers. In all seriousness though, he keeps me up with his shenanigans all night. I wished he had a friend, but then, now that I think of it, then I would have two cute faces keeping me up!! How would I survive that?!? I won't get another kitty till I have more room. (Sorry, Ringo!)
If you have kitties, what do you do to keep them from keeping you up at night?
So the rest of my week has been good. I visited Alex's house for a short time Wednesday and his parents had gotten me a present!!!!



Aren't they adorable! Little nesting tins! I love them! Thanks so much guys! You are the best! Thursday I went with my brother thrifting and we found a new thrift store to visit, it wasn't new but since I had just moved to the Cheviot area it was new to me. You won't believe what I got for .99 cents. Drumroll please.......




Yesss! That awesome cabinet!!! Only .99 cents! I couldn't believe my eyes. I have completely fallen in love with this thrift store!!! Friday we went to see a concert with some friends.
Saturday we went to Bob Evans for breakfast. It was fun, however most times with Alex and I are a blast! I love this adorable smile more than anything!!!



Augh! It melts me! And some some dork was making me paper straw cover jewelry(Alex). Here's a ring he made.



Lol it stayed on for a whole 3 mins! He also made a matching bracelet and tried to make a necklace but we ran out of straw covers. That's really been our week. I'm hoping to get my laptop fixed next month so we will see. For now, I will leave you with some cute kitty face.

INSTA-WEEK >> Apartment Version

Good morning everyone! I wanted to try out my new app Blogpress, and what better way to do it than by showing you my new apartment pictures! Now, some of you may or may not have noticed that I'm a huge thrifter and I love vintage things. Not many people I know share this love with me so when they walk in they always comment. It's normally "interesting" or "old". So It's nice to be able to post online and get awesome feedback from people like me!
This first picture is my bedroom. I bought these suitcases at a thrift store for 2$! They are the prettiest olive green!







Heres a few pictures of my kitchen. It started out as an idea to do a bright blue color and it's transformed into varied colors. I still keep the blue as my main color scheme. Oh and yes, I have bundt pans on the wall! They are so adorable!







This next picture is yes, a dresser. I wanted an older mid-century style china cabinet but when I got my bedroom set I had no room for the dresser and it looks charming in here! Its hard to see but there are tins on both sides :)







And for my last apartment photo-bomb update. My Knicks and knacks. This is my sink area. It is varied with many things. If you notice the top I have all my favorite tins, and on the wall I have my vintage trivets, and spoon holders, also, I have my vintage mugs and awesome froggy sponge holder!







Well, that's all for now. I'm feeling much better than last night and I'm really loving this blog app!!! That means more posts from me :) Alex has class tonight so I'll be with my sister at SAMs club! The weekend is coming up and I have a photo-shoot and al's brothers birthday party.
